Registration

Registration fee = free

The registration is completely free of charge. Please note that we make a deposit request to Paypal or credit card provider to check your creditworthiness.

Liquidated damages

1. Loss of vehicle key = 300€

In case of a lost key, a flat fee will be charged to cover the cost of a replacement key and the associated administrative expenses.

2. Loss of charging cable = 350€

In case of a lost charging cable, a flat fee will be charged to cover the cost of a replacement and the associated administrative expenses.

3. Loss of charging or fuel card = 50€

In case of a lost charging or fuel card, a flat fee will be charged to cover the cost of a replacement and the associated administrative expenses.

Parking at Munich Airport

Airport fee Munich (parking at P20, level 01) = 17,50€ bis 19,50€

For the journey to the airport starting in our business area in Munich city centre, we charge a fee of €19,50 in addition to the rental price. Should you drive from the airport to Munich city centre, the fee is a little lower, costing you €17.50.

Please remember to leave your car at the designated car sharing parking spots at garage P20, level 01.

Other services

1. Support ride because of wrong parking = min. 25€

Before a car is towed away causing even bigger expenses, we try to remove it ourselves.

2. Support ride because of breakdown/flat tire = 2,50€ per km

If during the rental, the car breaks down due to a flat tire for example and we need to exchange the car or change the tire on-site, a fee of €2.50 per kilometer distance from our location at Am Ausbesserungswerk 8, 80939 Freimann will be applicable. This fee will also apply if the deductible for damage to the vehicle has been reduced to €0.

3. Accident processing fee = 75€

In the event of an accident we have to talk to the police, the other party involved in the accident, the assessor, etc. and process the accident as best we can. For this effort, we reserve a processing fee of 75€. This also applies if the deductible has been reduced to 0€.

Administrative offences

1. Processing of administrative offences = 25€

We have to charge this processing fee because we have extra personnel who transmit driver data & co. to the police.

2. Towing by outside company = 75€ fee + towing costs

The renter is liable for the proper parking of the vehicle up to 48h after the end of the rental period.

Contractual penalties (enforcement in each case dependent on fault)

1. Passing on access data/unauthorized driver = 500€

There is no comprehensive insurance coverage for unauthorized drivers, and liability claims can also be pursued.

2. Unauthorized foreign travel = 500€

In the case of an unauthorized trip abroad, there is no comprehensive insurance coverage and liability claims can also be recourse.

3. Special cleaning = According to expenditure, min. 75€

E.g. extreme pollution, smoking, animal hair, construction debris or similar.

4. Exceeding the maximum rental duration = 100€

Please note that our vehicles in the "BMW Driven by Freude" program can only be rented for a maximum of one day (24 hours). Exceeding the maximum rental duration will incur additional fees, which increase with the length of the overage.

5. Drifting and excessive wear = 500€

Driving maneuvers that cause exceptional wear to the vehicle, such as drifting, are strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will result in the renter being charged for repair costs as well as additional penalties.

6. Unauthorized track use = 2500€

Using the rental vehicle on race tracks is prohibited. Violations will result in high penalty fees, as they cause excessive wear and damage, and this type of use is not covered by the insurance.
